Returns / Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If your item doesn't work perfect for you, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit. 

  • To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us first at to request a return / exchange.  
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and when the new item will ship out. 
  • For items that are approved for return, you will be notified of the store credit for use on a future purchase.
  • Giftcards and sale/clearance items are not eligible for exchange or return.
